Sunlit Darkness

The moon is virtuously fettered,

With the veil of the sun’s luminosity,

Shadows of hope glitteringly litter,

Sunlit darkness sways.

  14. Lovely!! Actually, “brilliant” imagery.. the moon, despite her borrowed light is such a beauty..isn’t she? Full of desire and a gentle sheen.. she is quite a marvel…

    Liked the poem very much.
The third like an optimist, extracting hope from the very narrow,
fourth line gasping for light even though the sun is still glowing.
    *Beautiful*
